Dear Doctor,
Please could you see this angelic little boy who, at 2 years, is very large for his age but has also been noticed to have a small penis. His parents are both around average height and in good health and his mother is worried that this could be a hormone problem. I wonder if you could kindly review and arrange investigations as appropriate.
