This chart is used for plotting pre-term infants and for following the growth of all children born before 32 weeks up to 2 years (children born after 32 weeks can be plotted on the 0-4 years chart unless there are significant concerns over growth).
It is full gestationally corrected and should be used by completing the dates in the date boxes and plotting accordingly (as shown in the video).
