Now that you have constructed a list of differential diagnoses, you can rule in/out diagnoses with the questions you ask in your history. Think about your list from the previous page and make a list of questions to help you determine if these are the cause of your patient’s symptoms.
You will also need to take a full paediatric history (birth history, immunisations etc) so you do not need to include those questions here.
