This case is intended to give you an overview of the presentation of a child with leukaemia and the initial steps that take place in their investigation and management. Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia is the most common childhood cancer and you should be aware of its presenting features and home some knowledge of the approach to management taken in this country.
